Day One12 D/11 N Adventure North And West Sumatra

Arrive at Kuala Namu International Airport. Welcome by our driver / tour guide then transfer to Medan for a city tour by visiting remaining Malay, Chinese and Dutch colonial architecture buildings like; Maimoon Palace the palace of the Sultan of Deli which was built in 1888 and the Great Mosque.

Day Two

Gunung Leuser National Park. 12 D/11 N Adventure North And West Sumatra

After breakfast, drive to Bukit Lawang the conservation of the Orang Utans located in Gunung Leuser National Park through by landscape with vast view of palm oil and rubber plantation. En-route it’s possible to stops at of rubber, oil palm and cacao plantations with some countryside landscape. Arrive in Bukit Lawang, check in hotel. 2 overnights stay in Bukit Lawang. 12 D/11 N Adventure NortAndWest Sumatra

Day Three 12 D/11 N Adventure North And West Sumatra

After breakfast, you will visit the Orang Utans in their natural habitat. This involves an hour walk through the jungle to reach the feeding grounds of the orang utan. After that you continue jungle trekking for 3 hours to explore the park. Steep, slopes and dense vegetation will bring you the excitement of the rainforest. In this tropical primary rainforest, you can see the varieties of birds, butterflies, siamang (long arm apes), different kinds of reptiles The rest is your own program, you can swim or take a beautiful walk to the local village nearby.

Day Four

In the morning after breakfast, depart to Brastagi highland via Medan and Sembahe village. On the way you will stop at Shwedagon pagoda Replica at Taman Alam Lumbini. Brastagi is the mountain resort where you can visit Gundaling hill to see the volcanoes in Brastagi: Sibayak (2.172 m). Then visit fruits market which has many fruit, vegetables and flowers. Day Five

Drive to Lake Toba via mountain resort with it’s refreshing weather and magnificent scenery which has an abundance of flowers, vegetables and fruits. Enroute stop at Sipiso-Piso waterfall to see the magnificent 110 metres and an extraordinary view of Lake Toba from the north side. Next stop is the ancient King’s Palace of Batak Simalungun / Rumah Bolon and Simarjarunjung to enjoy ginger tea and fried bananas (own personal expenses). Arrive at Parapat, a town on the shore of Serene Lake Toba. You cruise Lake Toba by ferry boat about 45 minutes. Check-in hotel.

Day Six

After breakfast at hotel, it’s time to explore this magnificent island by visitng Tomok Village to see the ancient tomb of king Sidabutar, then visit Ambarita village to see the famous stone chairs & execution place of King Siallagan. The last visit is Simanindo to enjoy the Bataks traditional ritual dances of the Bataks Tribe. Day Seven 12 D/11 N Adventure North And West Sumatra

In the morning after breakfast, then cross back to Parapat where you depart for Padang Sidempuan. You will drive along the southern shores of lake Toba with its rice fields and Batak kings’ graves through the Toba highlands. Stop at Coffee, Clove, and pineapple plantation and Sipoholon Hot springs. You may also stop at the bank of Sarulla river near the nice view of rice terrace where you can do short walk. Early in the evening arrive in Padang. Check in hotel.

Day Eight 12 D/11 N Adventure North And West Sumatra

After breakfast at hotel leave Padang for Bukittinggi the Minangkabau highlands brings you again right through the Bukit Barisan mountain ridge of Sumatra. It is an impressive tour in which you drive through a wall of tropical rain forest. On the way you will stop at Sihepeng to see the atraction of this place. Then passing rain tropical forest of Rimba Panti and crossing equator line at Bonjol. In the evening arrive at Bukittinggi the charming town of Minangkabau tribe. check in to hotel.

Day Nine

After breakfast you drive to Maninjau, on the way stop at Koto Gadang village to see traditional silver work. From there by the car for departure to the mysterious lake Maninjau, descending to the lake via the road with forty four curves. The lake is clean and excellent for fishing. Day Ten 12 D/11 N Adventure North And West Sumatra

After breakfast at the hotel, Bukittinggi City Tour visiting Sianok Canyon, remnants of Fort De Kock, the Museum and Pasar Atas (Upper Market) for shopping. Then leaving for covering visits to the ancient Minangkabau Royal Palace in Pagaruyung, Then visit Ngarai Sianok (karbouwengat). Then go to the beautiful handwoven cloth and exquisite woodcarving at Pandai Sikek Village, famous for its weaving & woodcarving crafts. Late afternoon drive to Payakumbuh and Our next destination is the Harau nature reserve, famous for its huge rock formations, delightful butterflies, rice field terrace, traditional village

Day Ileven

Enjoy and relax in Harau, after that continue drive to Padang via the beautiful Anai valley with the Anai waterfall. Arrive in Padang, check in hotel.

Day Twelve
